Property Tax Information

Reassessment

As of now, most of you have received your 2025 property reassessment letters. The concern is how this is going to affect your taxes. Unfortunately definite numbers have not been established as of 10/26/2025, as the schools and state have not completed their budgets, therefore mill rates have not been calculated. Most of the property value in the Town of New Holstein increased between 80% to 100%. If you fall within those ranges, and everything else remains relatively similar to last year, then you will see little increase in your overall taxes.  Based on that information, if your reassessment was above those percentages, then you will have more of an increase. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.

Tax bills are mailed out in early-mid December.
